The Site is operated by Dr. Julie ("Jules") Adams, DVM, under the name Doc Jules the Vet, and features content related to veterinary topics, dog parenting, and the book The Art of Dog Parenting, along with related merchandise for sale.

2. Not Veterinary Advice

The content on this Site — including articles, blog posts, the book The Art of Dog Parenting, newsletters, and any other material — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing on the Site creates a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Always consult your own veterinarian with any questions you have about your pet's health, behavior, or medical condition, and before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, diet, or care routine. The Art of Dog Parenting and any other books or products sold through the Site are licensed for personal use upon purchase and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.

5. Purchases

When you purchase The Art of Dog Parenting or other merchandise or coures through the Site:

• You agree to provide accurate, current payment and shipping information.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase.

• Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email below to arrange a resolution.

• We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at our discretion.
